Privacy Policy
Your phone carries your life — calls to your family, texts to your doctor, your location as you move through the world. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
Your name, birthday, payment method, and address for billing and tax purposes; your device identifiers to provision your eSIM; and network records (call time, destination number, data volume) that every carrier must keep to run and bill a network.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not read your messages, listen to your calls, or build marketing profiles from your activity. There is no "premium privacy tier" — this is how the one plan works for everyone.
Location
Your device shares location with the network as a technical necessity of connecting calls. We retain coarse network location for 90 days for troubleshooting and legal compliance, then delete it. We never use location for advertising.
Law enforcement
We comply with valid, lawful orders and nothing more. Where the law allows, we notify you before disclosing your records. We publish a transparency report every year.
Your controls
From your profile you can download everything we hold about you, correct it, or — when you close your account — have it deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
When this changes
If we ever change this policy, we email you 30 days in advance in plain language. Continued use after that is your acceptance; canceling before then is always free.
