Will your device work with the plan?

Four separate things decide it. Each can pass or fail on its own, so check all four. This page gives guidance only; it does not test your device.

1. Your device supports eSIM

   This depends on the model, not the plan. On an iPhone, look under Settings, General, About for a Digital SIM or eSIM entry. On Android, look under Settings, Network or Connections, SIM manager for an option to add an eSIM. The maker's specification page for your exact model also lists it.

2. Your device is unlocked

   A device bought from a carrier may only accept that carrier's service until it is unlocked. On an iPhone, Settings, General, About shows Carrier Lock. On Android, ask the seller or the carrier that sold it. If it is locked, the carrier that sold it can tell you whether it can be unlocked.

3. The provider supports your model

   A provider can decline a model that supports eSIM and is unlocked. Each provider decides which models it supports, and the list can change. Starfion confirms support for your model at checkout, before you pay.

4. Your account is eligible

   Eligibility belongs to the account, not the device: for example, sign-in for travel data, or a member price that applies only to existing members. These are confirmed at checkout.
